This is the third coffee we've released from Fazenda Cetec this year so far, and this one is a real crowd pleaser. Cetec is a truly inspiring farm and progressive fermentations are a part of their nature. This naturally process microlot was a finalist in the Minasul quality competition and presents us with lots of sweet, vibrant flavours alongside a it's prominent fermented funk thanks to its processing.
