Welcome to Cairngorm's Wholesale Portal, upgraded and refreshed for 2024. We try and maintain a good variety of blend, single origin espresso and filter, alongside a mix of processing, varietals, origins, and general flavour profiles.
You can shop using the below collections or across our entire site with discounted wholesale pricing shown as long as you remain logged in. When it comes to checking out, you'll be able to either pay in full or check-out with payment terms, allowing us to invoice you at a later date.
We roast every Monday and Thursday and ask that you place orders before 10pm the day before roasting to give us the best chance of shipping your coffee promptly.
Our new wholesale portal is live and now lives within our customer facing website to make things both look miles better, but also more combined and easier for our wholesale customers to find products quickly + easily.

We've tried to answer any normal questions, but reach out to us using the below details if you still have questions or generally need support with ordering, active orders or general wholesale inquiries.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK just now.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We aim to ship between Monday-Thursday on a next day service. This should mean you receive your orders within 5 days of ordering, but usually quicker.
Can I set up a Standing Order?
Definitely. This is the best way to ensure your coffee arrives without even thinking about it.
How do you deliver within Edinburgh?
We currently hand deliver to Edinburgh customers on Wednesdays. Receiving orders before Monday mornings help to ensure no delays, although we will always do our best to get you coffee when you need it!
Can you be in my Hamper, Welcome Pack, AirBnb, Hotel, etc?
We offer a wealth of options for our Wholesale Partners, including pre-ground 100g packs ideal for hotel rooms and hampers. Reach out to us to hear about these, and even how to have them customised for your brand.
Do You Offer Training?
Our bread and butter is providing you with great coffee, but we are always happy to share with you our knowledge and past experiences to elevate the coffee you serve your customers. Currently this is reserved for wholesale partners who make us their 'House Coffee'. If you want to understand this better just reach out.
Can You Provide Equipment?
We aim to detach ourselves from the provision of Espresso Machines as there are people within Scotland/UK who are doing a fantastic job of this. We're happy to share this pie with them and can point you in the right direction.
We do distribute a variety of other equipment including Victoria Arduino and Mahlkönig Grinders.
Is White-Labelling Possible?
For sure. We have worked with clients to white label in a variety of ways, from collaborative efforts to completely private on our part.

Can I Visit?
The best way of trying our coffee is by visiting our shop at Melville Place in Edinburgh. There we are always offering customers a variety of our roasted coffee.
Roastery visits are by appointment only, but rest assured that we love to cup with our customers and look forward to organising this with you if you so wish.
