For the longest time we have wanted to find an outlet for the most highly prized coffees that cross our cupping table. When Kyle made the decision to compete at this years UKBC, we finally had a reason to purchase this stunning lot and now we are delighted to be sharing it with you all.
The Wonder Series highlights some of the best scoring lots we can get our hands on and are all served in 100g tins to keep the price reasonable. Attached to each is a silicone band which can be worn with pride too.
La Colmena is a stunning coffee and is, to us, an approachable Natural Gesha. The processing is super clean and allows you to really appreciate the delicate profile without being distracted by having any overly funky fermentation.
Beyond its captivating flavour profile and success in competitions, La Colmena represents our commitment to supporting sustainable and ethical practices in the coffee industry. Through responsible sourcing with Raw Material, leaning on their strong relationships with the coffee farmers that contribute to the Villamaria Washing Station, we are ensuring that the coffee is not only exceptional but also contributes positively to the communities and environments from which they originate.
