ALMOST DECAF (90%) SUMMER BANGER

These coffees are lighter roasts, and we found they benefited from a lower temperature, and a longer bloom with a few pulses, opposed to just one or two. Don't forget to adjust your grind if your brew is tasting under or over-extracted.
