Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are and when you order. We are a small business and currently only roast once a week, with two shipping days.
Orders before Tuesday 12pm shipped Tuesday.
Orders after Tuesday 12pm shipped Friday.
Orders after Friday 12pm shipped Tuesday.
From the day your item is shipped it should take anywhere between 1-2 business days within the UK and up to 16 days elsewhere in the world depending on location.
We currently work with Royal Mail for most of our parcels but for larger orders use Parcel Force.
Yes, you have the option to select local pick up at our shop on Melville Place. Orders will not be available until you have received a confirmation email. This may be a few days depending on the time of the week that you order.

Reluctantly, clothing where the tags have been removed and coffee that has been ground may not be returned.
Please note that we can't pay for shipping returns, but local returns are possible.
Although coffee is not best made in the few days after being roasted, we intend to get it to you as soon as possible so you can rest it yourself. We always roast on Tuesday's, so to receive the freshest coffee place your order at the start of the week - between Saturday and Wednesday at 12pm.
We currently operate on a first come first served basis and therefore don't take table bookings.
