Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

It depends on where you are and when you order. We are a small business and currently only roast once a week, with two shipping days.

Orders before Tuesday 12pm shipped Tuesday.

Orders after Tuesday 12pm shipped Friday.

Orders after  Friday 12pm shipped Tuesday.

From the day your item is shipped it should take anywhere between 1-2 business days within the UK and up to 16 days elsewhere in the world depending on location.

We currently work with Royal Mail for most of our parcels but for larger orders use Parcel Force.

Customer service is a pivotal part of our business and something we take great pride in. With that in mind, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you aren't happy then please reach out to us asap and we'll be happy yo help.

Reluctantly, clothing where the tags have been removed and coffee that has been ground may not be returned.

Please note that we can't pay for shipping returns, but local returns are possible.

We currently operate on a first come first served basis and therefore don't take table bookings.
