Alto Robalito is a part of the farmer collective Cedro Alto who offer a large array of benefits to small scale farmers, crucially ensuring far and stable compensation. This coffee has been twice fermented after washing; once anaerobically whilst in cherry followed by an aerobic dry fermentation which gives it a sweet, fruit forward profile.
