Gelegele Special - Kenya
We're excited to bring you a unique and experimental process from our friends at Lot20 in Kenya. This experimental process involved natural anaerobic fermentation. The fermentation, under anaerobic conditions, lasted for 5 days. Subsequently, the product was dried on raised African beds for 4 weeks. You can expect sweet and vibrant flavours from this coffee, such as black cherry, brown sugar and blackberry.

What Does Our Colour System Mean?
We categorise each coffee into a colour system that identifies the 'vibe' and general tasting notes of that category of coffee. It can also have a relation to what brewing method works best, the processes used to create it or the varietal of the actual bean. Watch the video below to hear from a member of the team on what exactly this colour represents.
