La Argentina is a part of the farmer collective Cedro Alto who offer a large array of benefits to small scale farmers. This coffee has encountered a rather complex fermentation; first a 35-hour anaerobic in cherry, followed by a 36-hour semi anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks.
