Las Palomas - Costa Rica
Finca Las Palmoas has been owned by the Monge Garcia family for many generations starting with Adam Monge Picado, the Grandfather of the current owner.
The farm spans six hectares and is named after the various birds that can be found in the region. The coffee harvested here is delivered to the nearby 'Agricultural Producers of the Communities of Acosta and Aserri' They process coffee and citrus in the area as well as offering financial, commercial and technical support to all members of the cooperative.
This Honey processed coffee is full of buttery sweet notes of Plum, Red Grape, Butter Popcorn, Pear, White Chocolate, Wafer Biscuit and Passionfruit. We think it makes a beautiful, easy-going coffee to start the year!
