Indigenous cultures have dwelled in Tolima for centuries, neighbouring Huila and Cundinamarca, and include a small indigenous population today. Famous for music and delightful cuisine, this area is also renowned for excellent coffee due to its lofty mountains.
Alongside notes like Stone Fruit, Black Cherry, and Cream, this coffee boasts refreshing Grapefruit Candy-like acidity. We think it's bold and bright, with a smooth lingering sweetness that you can look forward to all day.
