Cafe Manager - Edinburgh, West End
As a Cafe Manager at Cairngorm Coffee you'll need to be an organised and empathetic leader who enjoys bringing structure to a busy, hard-working team. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café - from rotas and stock to standards and service, while staying hands-on and visible on the floor alongside your team. You'll work closely with your Coffee Lead, Team Lead and Food Lead to make sure every part of the café is aligned and running smoothly.
You are responsible for the standards of the shop, the wellbeing of your team, and ensuring the café runs consistently, whether you're in the room or not.

Key Responsibilities

Foodie - Edinburgh, West End & South Side
As a Foodie at Cairngorm Coffee, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a creative spirit to the table—literally. You’ll be responsible for crafting dishes that reflect our ethos, curating food experiences that complement our coffee, and ensuring our customers leave impressed (and maybe snapping photos of their plates!).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete food prep every morning and craft menu items to order.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest quality, align with our brand values, and stay mindful of cost and workflow considerations.

You Will Need:

As a vital member of the Cairngorm Barista Team, the role of a Barista is dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing a blend of leadership, operational finesse, and a passion for delivering an unparalleled coffee experience. Whatever role you play on the machine, you will be pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the cafe's coffee program run seamlessly.
