This coffee comes from our friends at Mió coffee, a family-owned and operated coffee farm in Brazil. This coffee is certainly not your traditional Brazil offering! Daboci was fermented undergoing Carbonic Maceration, giving flavourful notes of coffee blossom and clementine to your familiar chocolatey Brazilian flavour profile. If you need to adjust your grind setting to improve your extraction, select a new setting the next time you order.
Finer -> slower extraction, Coarser -> faster extraction.
