Cairngorm was conceived in 2014 by Robi Lambie who had spent many years growing up around his Dad's cafe. It was always an aim to be a brand with a strong community connected by a love of great coffee.
We now operate shops in Edinburgh and roast coffee there too. The mantra is always to make great memories and we feel coffee has the power to make that happen.

At least once a week we gather around for a cupping session, ensuring that every cup delivers a coffee we would feel excited to drink ourselves.
