We really love Specialty Coffee...
...so much so that we've been singing its praises in Scotland since 2014. During this time, we've brewed countless cups, roasted thousands of batches, and assembled an exceptional team.
Core to our ethos is being progressive with our approach - overlooking 'the done thing' in pursuit of 'the best thing'. We aim to do this with as much positivity as possible, serving without reservation, and making great memories along the way!

Our 'Core Range' is here to offer an anchor point for your daily cups. Although the components that represent these may differ slightly from time time, they will always be present in our collection ensuring you have a safe haven to keep you caffeinated.
Our 'House Espresso'; so called because we proudly serve it in our own shop. This coffee has lots of natural sweetness, and a crowd-pleasing flavour profile with its notes of Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Stewed Fruits and Butterscotch.
Designed around reliability and consistency, this is a classic espresso that thrives with milk. Crafted for enthusiasts seeking a smooth flavour experience with limited acidity, this well-balanced blend features rich Dark Chocolate notes with sweet notes of Brown Sugar.
Our vision while sourcing coffee for 'Daydream' was to find beans that you would want to drink all day. To this end we want it to have qualities that make it smooth and silky - a truly nice coffee. Whilst the farm, producer or origin that represents this will change, it will always be a consistent performer on filter.

Cairngorm Melville
Since 2016, our cozy West End spot has been offering locals a thoughtfully curated coffee menu and some seriously tasty food. Nestled at the corner with lovely, panoramic windows, it's a great place to enjoy a flat white and one of our famous toasties while watching the world go by and especially great during the summer with our outdoor seating.
Cairngorm Roastery
The beans have to be roasted somewhere and, well, this is where. Our roastery is located within Edinburgh, right next to Portobello beach and serves as the hub for all Cairngorm creations, both coffee and merchandise. Get in touch with us if you're interested in wholesale and looking around.
