Due to Brexit constraints, we currently do not ship overseas.

Your order should usually be with you within 1 to 2 days of receiving your despatch email, however there are always issues out with our control that can cause delays.

We ship orders between Monday and Thursday and request that customers don't reach out to us with shipping queries until 7 days have elapsed since ordering.

We currently work with Royal Mail for most of our parcels and use Parcel Force for larger orders.

We take great pride in our customer service and the quality of our products. If your order arrives and isn't as expected, please send us an email to kate@cairngormcoffee.com to discuss a return.

Clothing with tags removed and coffee that has been ground may not be returned.

Please note that we can't pay for shipping returns, but local returns are possible at our Melville St store in Edinburgh.

We aim to ensure your coffee arrives with you within a week of roasting but usually it will be fresher.

Don't worry, super fresh isn't always best and we always advise resting your coffee for a few days anyway before drinking. You can find out more about this on our blog.

Our cafes operate on a first come first served basis and therefore we don't take table bookings.
