Introducing our fourth instalment of our Wonder Series. You may have tried our last Wonder Series, a Natural Gesha, also produced by Jairo. This time around, we've gone for something bold, juicy, and sweet - a green apple co-fermentation. This was 20% of our Winter Banger, and it was such a banger, we had to reserve some to highlight as a single origin. This is a very limited release, it won't be around for long. 
Please note that your coffee may have a roast date of more than a week due to the small quantity available of this coffee.
