These coffees consist of a few different offerings, including our house blends, and returning coffees that we purchase year after year. Our house blends, Guilty Pleasure and Sweet Drop, will remain consistent year-round. Although the components may change in order to offer the freshest coffee possible, we always strive to source coffee to match a consistent and familiar flavour profile. Our core single origins will rotate here and there, but are coffees that we purchase year after year. These are coffee we not only love coffee, but because we believe in the producers and projects that make these coffee possible. A lot of these coffees we've purchased for 5+ years. Because we purchase coffee with the fresh harvests, these coffees may come and go, but are more staples in our lineup.
