Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Make sure to order early to avoid delays, we cannot guarantee speedy shipping oversees.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are! We roast and dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note that 24 hour shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.
What are your holiday shipping times?
Our last dispatch day with guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday, December 19th. We will be disptatching up until December 23rd, but after the 19th, cannot guarantee delivery beofre Christmas.
Do you offer local collection?
Absolutely! We will be offering local collection up until December 24th at our cafe on 1 Melville Place. The cafe will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve, and reopen on December 27th.
Will your roastery be closed around Christmas or New Years?
The roastery will be closed from December 25th and reopen on January 8th for our team to enjoy a well deserved break with their families! Our cafe will be open to pick up any coffee or beans in the interim.
